Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Xavier Africa Technologies ("Xavier Africa", "we", "us") handles information through the Xavier Invoice Gateway.

Information we process

The gateway processes information needed to connect approved systems with QuickBooks Online, including QuickBooks company identifiers, OAuth authorization data, customer and product/service mappings, tax mappings, invoice details, operational identifiers and security logs.

How we use information

We use this information only to authorize the integration, create and reconcile approved invoices, maintain mappings, prevent duplicate processing, investigate failures, secure the service and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Sharing

Information is shared with Intuit as required to provide the QuickBooks Online integration and with infrastructure providers that support the service. We do not sell gateway data or use it for advertising.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted network connections and encrypted storage for QuickBooks authorization tokens. We retain information only for as long as needed for the integration, security, accounting and applicable legal requirements.

Your choices

An authorized administrator may request disconnection of a QuickBooks company. Requests concerning access, correction or deletion will be assessed subject to accounting, contractual and legal retention requirements.
