Connect or reconnect QuickBooks Online
For the protection of company financial data, QuickBooks connections are initiated by an authorized Xavier Africa finance administrator through approved internal integration tooling.
Before connecting
- Use the QuickBooks administrator account for the company you intend to connect.
- Confirm that the company, currency, customer, product/service items and tax settings are correct.
- Only approve access when the Intuit consent screen identifies the Xavier Invoice Gateway.
