Disconnect QuickBooks Online
An authorized finance administrator can request that the Xavier Invoice Gateway be disconnected from a QuickBooks company.
What disconnection does
- Stops the gateway from accessing the disconnected QuickBooks company.
- Stops new invoices from being delivered to that company.
- Does not delete invoices or accounting records already created in QuickBooks.
To request a disconnect, contact support and identify the QuickBooks company. The request will be verified before access is revoked.
