Terms of Use

These terms govern authorized use of the Xavier Invoice Gateway operated by Xavier Africa Technologies.

Authorized service

The gateway is an internal business integration that transfers approved invoice information to a connected QuickBooks Online company. It may be used only by authorized Xavier Africa personnel and approved business systems.

User responsibilities

Authorized users must protect credentials, connect only companies they are permitted to administer, verify accounting mappings and approvals, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or inaccurate processing.

QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit and remains subject to Intuit's own agreements and policies. Xavier Africa does not control the availability or operation of Intuit services.

Service operation

We may suspend access to protect the service, connected accounting data or other users. Planned changes will be managed through Xavier Africa's internal operational processes.

Records and responsibility

Users remain responsible for reviewing invoices and accounting records in QuickBooks Online. The gateway does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
